The food was reasonably good and the rooms weren't bad, but the service was poor. There was no hot water, and parking wasn't available on weekends. The TV remote had no batteries, so I had to operate the TV by hand. Music playing outside was very loud.

The swimming pool is lovely, and the meals are delicious. A great place for a weekend.

We had a wonderful time, and the rooms were cozy, comfortable, and clean. The pool felt small with so many people, though, and wasn't deep enough for kids aged 10 and up to swim. We only had breakfast, so I can't say anything about the other food.

The restaurant and hotel are both good, and I'd recommend the place. It isn't cheap, but I thought it was worth it. Different kinds of people come here to relax or visit the city, and the guests seemed decent. As a friend joked, it's a hideaway for sneaking off to have fun with a mistress. Just a joke, of course.

There was no Wi-Fi, which was the worst part. In the standard room, the shower drain also didn't work properly. The room felt small despite its very high ceilings, and that left it dimly lit and cool. Kitchen prices were about average.
