8/10
It's acceptable, but the roads inside the courtyard are too narrow.
2/10
I'll keep this brief, like the parking in this complex: they built 90 apartments in a single entrance from scratch, so where is everyone supposed to park?
2/10
It's overcrowded, with traffic jams at the entrance and inside the courtyards, and there's no parking. There's no water or electricity either. You can hear the neighbors as if they were in the next room. The whole community is full of people from out of town.
10/10
Each building has a large, comfortable playground nearby, and the floors are spacious. It's a lovely residential area, new and nicely designed and laid out. People are gradually moving into each building and renovating their apartments as they like.
8/10
There’s plenty of room in the courtyards, and finding a parking spot was easy. The houses look beautiful, though their condition is concerning. The earthquake made the weaknesses pretty clear.
