This was my second stay with YourHouse, and I’m completely satisfied. Mia was helpful, and even with my 4 a.m. check-in everything was ready: the keys were where we’d agreed, and they checked in that morning to make sure I’d arrived. The price and quality are excellent.
I came into the city late after a trip and needed a place for two days, but the whole situation was completely frustrating!!! If we rent by the day, then a day should mean a full day, and this issue needs to be sorted out. 🤬
They welcomed us warmly and got us settled. It felt a little cramped for a family with a child, though.
Everything was tidy.
