The building is thoughtfully designed, with large apartments and a lovely view, and it’s accessible for wheelchair users. The lift is handy as well. Location is another plus: it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro, and the other bus stops are close by too.

Getting up to the building is a mess, with gravel, sand, and dirt everywhere, so you can’t keep your shoes clean. The finishing is dreadful. Everything seems to be the cheapest option, from the laminate, tiles, doors, and switches to the plumbing. There are paint marks on the walls, and white paint over all the doors, pipes, switches, and outlets. The outlets are placed randomly, with no clear idea what each one is for. The toilets were filthy when checked, and the sinks are visibly crooked. Looks like they hired the cheapest construction crews. Even the local guys from Seyfullin couldn’t have done this badly. No wonder completion of the building keeps getting delayed.

Rent is low. I pay 30% more for a smaller, run-down apartment across the street, and there’s no maintenance there. This is a nice complex with plenty of light, easy access, and a convenient location. The management company is productive too.
