Winter's warm indoors and summer stays cool. There's a greenline park of its own, with schools and kindergartens nearby. For me, it's the best house and the best purchase. HOUSE Classic comfort.

Getting there by taxi was a whole other hassle. All the buildings look the same, and the place feels like a courier's nightmare. With so many of these blocks packed together, traffic heading into the area will grow, so getting there at rush hour may be difficult in a few years. The one plus of being on a higher floor is the view. I visited a friend yesterday and the entrance gate felt flimsy. Given how shoddily the building seems put together, I doubt it'll last long. The elevator scared me too: there was a gap at the bottom where I could see between the door and the shaft, and riding it felt like being in a coffin. I don't trust elevators like that. The draft from it is annoying, and from inside the apartment you can hear it arrive on a floor with a strange noise. If you're on the 10th floor while it's going to the 5th, you'll hear it up on 10. I was there for two hours and it really bothered me. Imagine living with it. The soundproofing is another problem. There basically isn't any 😅 I could hear people talking in the neighbors' apartment.

This is more of a middle-class anthill, maybe a place to live temporarily. Monolithic buildings don't insulate heat as well as brick houses. In the end, people want comfort and peace, somewhere quiet to come home to.
