It's a lovely, comfortable place in a great spot, and very affordable. The basics are all there, including AC and private bathrooms, and it was clean. The woman at reception seemed a bit grumpy and only appeared to speak Russian, but she did a great job washing my clothes for 1000 tenge. They don't have dedicated laundry facilities, and when I got back that evening, my clothes had been dried in my room. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed five nights. The price is very good, and so is the location. The Aircon and toilet shower were okay. It's an apartment unit on the ground level turned into a makeshift hotel, and it isn't as clean as it should be, so this place isn't for fussy travelers.

For that price, it's clean and comfortable, and you can't really ask for more. Cheap and cheerful.
