The place was quiet and comfortable, and everything felt clean. What stood out most was how respectful and helpful the staff were, always greeting me with a smile. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

The spa and massage were great, and breakfast was really good too. Service was the best. It's an easy walk to Khan Shatyr. Highly recommend.

My room was clean and very comfortable, though it was disappointing that the spa was closed for construction. The hotel staff were excellent. Cloud rooftop restaurant has a great view and is convenient, but the owner and some staff weren't great, even though some others were amazing. I'd eat somewhere else until they sort out those issues.

Ms Sultana at the cloud bar helped me understand the menu and choose things to try, and the other bar staff were good too. At check-in, the staff were helpful and knew some English. The gym was functional, with a treadmill and a few weight machines. A very nice place to stay in Astana, and reasonably priced. Thanks for a great visit.

The cleaning staff and the people at the cloud bar were especially kind, and I'll remember those days at this hotel. I stayed here with my partner and we had a lovely time. It felt like I might have been the first Japanese guest. For a good vacation in Astana, I'd recommend staying here. To me, it's the best hotel in the city.
