It's an apartment complex in a really good spot, right across from the botanical garden.

8/10
The apartment was cozy and clean, the staff were polite, and there were no odors. But the soundproofing was poor, and lively neighbors kept me from sleeping for two nights. The path at the entrance to the residential complex was awkward too. I tripped and fell hard, bruising my palm and leaving my leg swollen and sore for three days. My smartwatch broke as well. Be careful coming in. I also couldn't find a sign showing the right way to the apartment, and wandered around looking for it.

Give the woman compensation. Her apartment burned down, and three children died.

It's a lovely house, with a luxurious view of the botanical garden. Handy for a mom on maternity leave, and we spend time in the garden.
