I love this place. The lobbies are beautiful, and the courtyards are landscaped. It’s a lovely residential complex right in the city center, with great views from the upper floors. The capital’s main landmarks and office buildings are close by.

The building upkeep costs about 150 tenge per square meter. It’s in an excellent location, with lovely hallways and courtyards, and nice views from the windows.
