The deposit was supposed to be returned at checkout, either after providing a document or paying 10,000 tenge. Several days later, there was still no money, just promises whenever we called. Check-in itself was smooth: the receptionist smiled and said everything was fair and fine. They'd promised a clean apartment, but only the floors were clean. Hair clogged the bathroom drain so badly that water wouldn't go down. The fridge was incredibly dirty, and the kitchen walls were covered in something, with crumbs and hair all around. The linen had been washed, but there were old blood stains on it. We were visiting this house and didn't want to inconvenience the owners, so we decided to stay the night. It was too inconvenient to search for another place then. I'll never use this company again or recommend it. There are absolutely no “hotel-like conditions” there.

We had to be out by 12 noon, so at 11 a.m. we packed and went to the agency office to return the keys. As usual, nobody was there or answering the phone. It was 1:20 p.m. and I was still trying to find them. They were holding my passport as collateral. Thankfully I made it to the airport on time, but it could have gone differently. I wouldn't recommend renting from them to anyone; don't waste your time. We checked into an apartment on the 41st floor, like the bottom level of a penthouse, and found a flickering lightbulb. The shower doors had been torn out, wires were sticking out, and the water swung between boiling hot and freezing cold. There were no shower hooks, and the chair I thought of using was broken and would fall apart if moved. Bathroom tiles were torn out. I asked for a washing machine and there was one, but it was unplugged in the hallway. The kitchen was terribly dirty, with crumbling cabinets, peeling paint, no shelves in the fridge, and dirt everywhere. The table was missing a leg, and there was some kind of shelf underneath with nails lying around. The sofa was filthy and torn. The bed was a disaster, with broken boards under the mattress and yellow stains on the bedding. My husband tried to fix it. The nightstand top was broken, and the cabinets were busted, some facing the wall. Nothing in the apartment was intact. Truly awful. Back at the agency office, we had to go on a quest to find an agent. After an hour's wait and long negotiations, they kept insisting everything was fine. This was my fifth stay with this agency, and I'd never seen such a horror. With great difficulty, they moved us, for extra payment, to an apartment that was more or less decent. It was dirty too, of course, but at least intact. The agent asked us to sleep only on the sofa 😁 so they wouldn't have to change the bedding 🙈

Apartment 103 cost 20,000 rubles, and with 30-degree heat there was no air conditioning. The place also had no soundproofing.

Even at 5:00 AM, they replied straight away and handled the rental quickly. My brother Zhanat was friendly and helped me get settled into the apartment.
