The mattresses were very uncomfortable, there was no hot water, and the AC didn't work. The switch for the bed lamp was broken too. On top of that, loud music with heavy bass played until 2am, and the restaurant had no English menu.

The food was good and the service was perfect. The hotel is very nice, and everyone was very kind. I can recommend it.
