The bed was clean, and the TV and refrigerator worked. There were also towels, shampoo, soap, and a toothbrush, so it’s okay for a night. But the floors hadn’t been washed, the carpet was dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom from previous guests. There’s no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything!

We were passing through Astana and stayed one night. The room was a little worn and nowhere near luxurious, but it was fine for the price and a short stop. The old bed linen was clean, and the room had shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, and small tubes of toothpaste. Wi-Fi was available. Breakfast was included in our booking: scrambled eggs or porridge, sausage, a buttered sandwich, and tea or coffee. Simple, but we enjoyed it. I’d recommend this modest city hotel for travelers.

We paid 8,000 rubles for half a day, which is a total disgrace. We checked into a room on the third floor for the night and quickly realized what a dive it was. It was freezing, and of the two light bulbs, just one worked, and it was dim. We got only one set of towels for two people. When we called reception, the receptionist denied the problem and hung up while we were still talking. The TV remote had no batteries, so we couldn’t even use it to cover up the nasty moans. Management didn’t respond to our complaints. I wouldn’t recommend this terrible motel to anyone.

There’s no kettle in the room, and the soundproofing is the biggest problem. If you stay over the weekend, you may hear your neighbors having sex at any time of night. The room and bed linen were clean, but the blanket had a stain, which was disappointing.
