After our early flight into Kazakhstan, the staff offered us tea or coffee while they got the room ready and let us check in ahead of time. They were also very helpful and went out of their way to find us a map of the country.

While my house was being renovated, I had a lovely stay here, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was included. The rooms share the same style, with new furniture and a fantastic orthopedic mattress. Mine was comfortable and clean, with a TV, air conditioning, kettle and tea-making supplies, refrigerator, and hairdryer. The bathroom had a heated towel rail and a great shower, plus shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Thank you for such a nice atmosphere!

Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during the five days we stayed, and we later had to pay when we asked for fresh towels. The beds weren’t good either: the two beds pushed together sat at different heights, and one sagged. Very poor rooms and service.

The staff were polite and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean and cozy, with everything we needed. There’s a bus stop nearby and plenty of cafes around.

The staff were friendly and the price was fairly cheap. We had a suite overlooking some kind of farmstead, which was just so-so. In winter the whitewashed walls make it feel very dry. Wallpaper would be better then :)
