The upper deck capsule was too hot for me, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work inside it. Around 2 a.m. the light suddenly went off. I asked the front office staff, and she came to check, but the heat made it impossible for me to sleep that night. I was okay with the enclosed space, but it may not suit someone with claustrophobia. The TV was in my capsule, though reception said they couldn’t provide the earphones listed on Booking.com. There’s also no bidet in the toilet. On the positive side, I liked the futuristic feel, and they have double bedrooms as well as dorms. My dorm bed cost around 1000, which was a very good price for this location, right in front of Baytrek tower. The kitchen is huge and they provide drinking water. The rooms were good and clean, but the receptionists didn’t seem interested in helping and were busy with their makeup and other things. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Everything was clean, including the bathrooms and toilets, and there was tea. The staff were kind, which is why I gave it four stars. The problem was the heat, including inside the capsules. A nice staff member turned on the floor-standing air conditioner, which helped, but it was noisy and I still couldn’t sleep. They need some kind of ventilation solution.

The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely hot, though, the toilet flush didn’t work, and the touchscreen light controls weren’t very reliable.

It’s an affordable place with helpful staff and a great location. You’ve got a kitchen, plenty of toilets and showers, and attractions and restaurants are only a short walk away.

The room is fairly small, and there’s no air conditioning or ventilation. I only stayed for a few hours, since I don’t think I could sleep through a whole night without air circulation.
