10/10
The rooms and shared spaces were very clean, and the location is right in the center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, so I’d definitely recommend this hostel. My only complaint is that I would have liked stronger water pressure in the shower.

The location is great, close to the Asyltau Business Center bus stop. It’s cozy and clean, and they change the bed linen on time.

They keep hanging up and won’t even speak with customers on the phone. They don’t answer properly at all!
