6/10
The staff are polite and helpful, and the place is clean. Still, it only feels okay to me, definitely not four stars. The heating is old and noisy, there was a strong sewage smell in the room, and there wasn't enough closet space for clothes.

Erzahn from security was especially kind and helpful, and the staff were great. The rooms feel a bit dated, though, and the bathroom smell was horrible. The wipes urgently need replacing.

I really liked the staff, who were professional. The housekeeper was especially great and helpful, though I'm sorry I didn't get his name. We had a great time at the hotel.
