The hotel is clean and central, and the staff are polite. But there's no elevator, so you have to haul your own luggage. My room had a very low ceiling, a narrow window at floor level, and dim bathroom lighting. Wi-Fi was slow. Breakfast is the same fixed, very simple meal, with no coffee.

I stayed almost two weeks in September 2024, and I'd happily return to the Jasmine hotel 😄😄😄. The location made it easy to walk to many places, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, breakfast was included and great, and the price was nice. The team were lovely, and the service was beyond normal standards. The manager is great and definitely goes the extra mile for guests.

Really like this place, it's safe and peaceful away from the city's noise. Even though it's next to a highway, the way the hotel is built keeps the traffic noise out. The food and soup are nice 👍🥰🥰🥰😋😋😋

Right in the heart of Astana, but quiet and calm, and clean too. The reception staff are very friendly and cute =)) 😊
