Hello everyone. Birak is the hotel administrator. The hotel is right in the city center.

The room looked promising at first, but that impression didn't last. Even with the window shut, you can hear children screaming outside. The room was cold, the duvet cover had holes, and there was no hot water. The shower was dirty, and the toilet bucket was broken. There's no kettle either, so you have to go down to the first floor for boiling water. They seem to have plenty of fines, though. I don't know how they can host guests this way. This was our first stay here, and it'll be our last.

The TV and hairdryer didn't work, and nobody came to take out our trash. We were three people but had just one mug and two slippers. There wasn't a kettle until the last day, despite us asking several times. Cleaning was refused even though there were crumbs and someone's fingernails on the carpet, hair on the bed and in the shower, and gum stuck to the shower wall. The toilet paper roll was almost empty too. After a lot of asking, they finally brought more in the evening.
