The reception is on the second floor, or 1st etage, of a shopping mall, and it can be tricky to locate. The mall has plenty of little restaurants and supermarkets, handy for breakfast. These are fairly new apartments in central Astana, spread across three buildings, and we tried one in each. One had a strong sewage smell, and because we arrived late at night there was no alternative. In another, the see-through curtains weren't great for privacy or sleeping in, and the Wi-Fi failed on both nights despite promises to fix it. The third was good, with a lovely view of Nur Astana Mosque from the 42nd floor.
