Hotel Caps Lock Airport Hotel (kaps Lok Aeroport)

I showed up on time, but there wasn’t a free capsule for me. The receptionist said they hadn’t known whether I’d come, so they cancelled my reservation, even though it had been confirmed. They were also rude and tried to convince me that this was normal 😁 I wouldn’t trust the reservation system, since they can cancel at any time. Update: this happened from October 3 to 4.

After three flights and 20 hours in the air, I went up to reception and got a pod to sleep in. I managed to sleep soundly for six hours. The shower room was clean, the water was hot, and there’s a coffee shop right next door.

Mahabbat, the hostess, did a lot to help me get around while I waited for my wheelchair, and I was really grateful for the effort the staff made to accommodate my needs. I injured my leg and had used special assistance at the airport, so staying overnight here made sense. It was my first capsule hotel, and although the hotel isn’t advertised as accessible, Mahabbat personally went out of her way to help. The capsules themselves were in the condition other reviews describe.

Koktem at reception kept us waiting while she played on her phone. She seemed unsure how to check guests in using the program, then refused to do it and told us to come back around 12:30 or 1 a.m. The receptionist was awful.
