The rooms were large and excellent, but what really stood out was the hospitality. The guys at reception and the bar were always ready to help with anything. Thanks so much for everything. If OLYMPIAKOS plays in Astana again, we’ll definitely meet again.

We were charged over 80 euros for laundry, and the service around it was really poor. The staff didn’t know laundry was even available at the hotel, then came back with unreasonable prices. Reception handled our complaint badly, no price list was shown, and the laundry staff’s English was poor. The rooms were nothing special either, and breakfast lacked flavor. I wouldn’t stay here. Kazakh people are friendly, but I felt they were trying to rip us off for money.

The place was comfortable, and the hotel was clean with good staff, but it badly needs renovation. It’s not very close to Astana’s main attractions. The bathroom has an old hot tub, probably from the Soviet era, and there was writing on the sofa. They should pay attention to details like that.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but there were plenty of problems. The beds and bath tubs were bad, the AC was bad, and the rooms need attention. Breakfast options were limited, although the servers and kitchen staff tried to improve things. I’ll look for somewhere else next time.
