We were there in February when it was -37°C, and the warm room felt like heaven. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast was filling and tasty. The rooms were cozy and warm, and there was even a currency exchange on site. The location was excellent and the service superb. They had everything we needed, which is rare. Thanks again to the hotel staff and owners!

The Wi-Fi was listed as an amenity, but it didn't work, and we had to buy basics like paper and soap ourselves. It was freezing in the room because it was drafty and the radiator wasn't working, and we caught a cold. There wasn't even a chair for the desk or anywhere to sit in the lobby. We stayed a week and kept reminding them to clean, but they still didn't get the room properly cleaned. Even when we arrived between 10 PM and 1 AM, it hadn't been fully cleaned. They changed the room price without warning, gave no receipts, and wanted payment before check-in because of supposed high demand and concern the room might otherwise be empty. That reasoning made no sense. They also criticized the service at nearby hotels and told us to stay there instead. We're never going back.

The reception staff were especially kind. I'm not great at finding my way around somewhere new, and they explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I stayed for two days, October 9 and 10, and liked everything overall. The TV kept changing channels by itself, though, and there wasn't a kettle or water carafe.

The meals were excellent at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything was clean. They provided a bathrobe, slippers, and disposable toiletries. Great location too. I'd recommend it.

It's easy to get around from this conveniently located hotel, and room prices are reasonable. They sometimes offer discounts of up to 20%. The rooms feel cozy and the staff are friendly. There are a few small issues, but they often take care of them, which is good.
