Mini Hotel Bereket Dip

Baiterek is 200 meters away. We stayed three days and nights, and the mini-hotel had everything we needed: water, a kettle, a refrigerator, and toiletries. The towels and bed linens were clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Payment based on the actual time spent there was convenient. I recommend it.

The woman who welcomed us lives in another room with her family. She only speaks a little English, which seems common outside hotels in Kazakhstan, but they use Google Translate over Wi-Fi and it worked well between English or Spanish and their language. Someone from the family is around most of the time, and they gave us keys for the building, house, and room, so we could come and go freely. This is a small guesthouse with just two or three rooms, not really a hotel. Ours was bright and warm despite the cold weather, with a big comfortable double bed and a clean bathroom that had everything we needed. To get in, go through one of the building archways into the residents' open-air parking area, then find the building number. Entrances inside buildings like that are common in Kazakhstan.

I was very happy with the service, especially the manager. The hotel is in a convenient spot and was clean, warm, and cozy during my recent stay.

Nurgul at reception was especially warm and caring, and she was attentive and helpful. The hotel also made a pleasant impression with its clean, cozy room and excellent location.
