The calm, welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a good fit for both business and downtime. I especially liked the clean, elegant lobby, which was beautifully kept. The team clearly takes pride in the place. At Monaco Hotel Astana, the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel at home. My room was cozy, spotless, and well maintained, with a classic design that added a bit of charm. One of the best places to stay in Astana, and I'd highly recommend it.

The hotel is right in the center of Astana, which made getting around easy, and the standard room was more spacious than I expected. We were also graciously upgraded to a family room, which added comfort to the stay. Breakfast was satisfactory, though it could use more variety and better quality. They offer water from an open bottle for refills. That worked well for us, though I understand it may not suit everyone. I enjoyed my time at Monaco Hotel. The daytime receptionist was warm and welcoming, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality and for making the visit memorable. I'd recommend it to people visiting Astana.

The rooms are big, but not especially comfortable, and the restaurant looks lovely even though the breakfast wasn't appetizing. Water in the room is free, but comes in unsealed bottles. They provide bathrobes too, though they're scratchy. It's a compromise of a hotel, fine for a night, but I wouldn't stay here long term.

The rooms are large, which is the hotel's one good point. You can hear through the doors, staff training seems poor, and there's little choice at breakfast. As others have said, the food is cold, including the eggs and sausages, even though they have a warming tray. The waitress checks her phone whenever she walks past the kitchen door. I'll definitely pick another hotel next time.

Hotel Monaco looks nice, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good too, but the standard room needs an upgrade. The deluxe room is much better than the standard one.
