It's an apartment and commercial building complex, with a good stay and amenities for kids, including a playground and grocery stores.

A decent residential complex with both indoor and outdoor parking. Finding entrances 12-15 can be confusing: entrances 1 to 11 are numbered from left to right, but entrance 12 was added to the first and the numbering goes right to left there.
