The location makes getting around the centre easy: it's about 200 m from a large shopping centre and 500 m from the Bayterek tower. The flats are spacious, with big kitchens, bathrooms and main rooms, and some look out toward the Bayterek tower or another lovely building. Booking one is simple, and the prices are much cheaper too. Really cool place.

When I visited Astana a couple of weeks ago, I found a cheap apartment on this website on Kunaev st. It was clean, nice and well equipped. Good flats for daily rent, recommended!

The original design is unusually beautiful. It's one of the biggest and tallest buildings in Astana, and it houses places like DHL astana, RBK bank, Shokoladnitsa, dayinn, apart hotel in astana, and in Vogue.
