The staff were lazy and bad, and the security was the worst.

We enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast and the lovely people. Ben and Jennifer are so grateful for everything. Thanks again!

The room itself deserves 4 stars, but this place only really works if you've got a car and plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. For everything else, I'd give it 2 stars, and breakfast gets just 1.

Breakfast came with the room, and the food was good. The rooms were clean and the staff happy to accommodate us. We had a great stay.

We hired the conference rooms, and although the lobby looks lovely and the staff were polite, several things let the place down. The rooms themselves were clean and neat. But the restrooms had no mirrors and none of the locks worked. We couldn't get tea or coffee there either, so with 38 people I had to arrange a delivery in a hurry. The Wi-Fi also didn't work, which was a real disappointment.
