Astana's best hostel!

I used to stay here a few years back and everything was great then. I came again recently for a few days, but ran into quite a few problems: there was no toilet paper or dish soap, the floors were dirty, and it was noisy at night. The manager kept watching TV loudly. One shower and one sink weren't working, and the entrance handle was broken. The owner is a very nice person, and I understand she's out of town.
