We needed somewhere close by for work and ended up finding a good place. Breakfast is included, and later in the day or evening you can get an inexpensive, filling meal; they heat up homemade food. The practical details were mostly good. The sheets were clean and ironed, which is unusual at this price, and both the corridors and rooms were cleaned, with cleaners around during the day. The shower has hot water for a while, though the temperature varies a bit. The plumbing itself is new. I can't comment on the air conditioning, but in winter the adjustable radiators control airflow and temperature and warm up quickly, which is great in the cold. Ask for a room on the side away from the road because the traffic noise is constant. My single room was also quite bright at night from the sign outside. Even with an incident involving one of the three receptionists, I came away with a positive impression. From the interior you'd think it had just opened, not that it's more than four years old. The owner and staff do a great job of keeping the place up to a high standard.
