We stayed four days and enjoyed it a lot. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the rooms were clean. The sheets were especially nice, white and fresh-smelling, almost like new.

The staff were the best part, really kind and welcoming while you're traveling. I had a private room for three nights, with a comfortable bed and great showers with strong water pressure. There are supermarkets and plenty of cafes nearby. The National Museum, Independence Square, and the Pyramid are walkable, and Baiterek is just a short Yandex ride away. A great hostel in Astana.

We only got to spend a few hours here because our plans changed, but we still really enjoyed the stay. The place is well kept and right in the heart of the city. Our room was clean and had the necessary amenities. One concern was the ventilation, which wasn't proper. That could be a problem in summer when the air gets humid.
