The rooms are cramped and cold, and there aren’t any spare blankets. The key cards are unreliable too, so I had to get them activated again several times. I found the staff very biased against people with a Russian accent, and room service hung up on me every time I called. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

The internet was poor, but the location worked well for buses and museums. Breakfast was a big Russian-style spread, and the rooms were clean with basic furnishings.

You’ll need a car to get to the tourist sights since the hotel is far from them. Rent one. The standard rooms are small.
