Zhk Angleterre Apartments

The dates kept moving: completion was first promised for Q4 2021, then February 28, 2022. After a fight, we finally got the keys on August 19, 2022, with no electricity or water. Renovations have dragged on, and as of October 18, 2022, the entrances still have no power, while water and electricity keep cutting out. We still haven't received the building documents either. I bought in the Angleterre Phase 1 residential complex because of attractive ads and positive comments from bots, and it turned out to be a pig in a poke. They build terribly. The ad called it business class, but the technical supervision report says class 4, economy class, which tells you what to expect from the materials. The construction quality is awful: the technical floor they promised isn't there, the facades are already coming off, and the walls are crooked, among other things.
