A decent residential complex, built by G-park with brick. The soundproofing is only so-so, and the playgrounds aren’t cleaned. The courtyard also isn’t permanently closed.

The new building is peaceful and has a private courtyard, and the location worked well for our trip to Astana for international business. We rented an apartment in Brooklyn through friends because it’s close to the Nazarbayev Center, which was exactly what we needed. I’d recommend it.

The building is beautifully done, and the thought put into it starts with the entrance hall and carries through to the layout. I still feel the same way as I did when I wrote my earlier opinion, and Gpark deserves respect for the construction. The spot may seem empty right now, but soon it’ll continue the Capital Park complexes and become a beautiful, accessible place.

Schools and kindergartens are close by. The building is low-rise and lovely, with just 3-4 apartments on each floor. It’s warm and doesn’t feel crowded.
