A nice apartment.

The location is really good, even though the apartments are small. We rented a cozy, comfortable one on the 12th floor. Nice residential complex.

The area is great, with all the necessary shops nearby, plus a pizzeria, karaoke, a kindergarten, and more. The building itself looks nice, but the soundproofing is awful. You can hear what your neighbors are up to. The elevator is free. Most apartments are rented out, often by the day.

The OSI is well organized, and the apartment owners are nice and keep things clean. When buying, pay attention to whether the windows, exterior doors, and radiators were replaced from the developer. We replaced them all and did a high-quality renovation, so our home is warm. Apartments where those items weren’t replaced are cold.

I live here. First line: our axes are great. Second line: there’s almost no soundproofing.
