I loved my quaint little room and its balcony, where I could sit and have a bit of a selfie fest, lol. Everything was close by, including the mall, food, and shops. It worked perfectly for business projects and getting a good night’s rest. The beds were amazing, soft and comfy.

The rooms look really old, and the air conditioner is noisy. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen: very cheap cheese, hardly any fruit, and everything was tasteless. I had to ask for coffee, and there was only hot water. I don’t want to say more. It was really, really bad.

There was no tea or coffee at breakfast, just water and the leftover juice. Plates and cups were missing, and the utensils were dirty. It was like this throughout all five days of my stay. A complete disgrace.

For a new hotel in Kazakhstan, Beluga is decent. The breakfast could use more variety, though, and WiFi was poor. There was no bacon or scrambled eggs.
