Gostinitsa OAZIS

The price is good, and the other woman at reception and the man there were nice. The woman I dealt with, though, was rude and disrespectful. You can leave at the same time you arrived, but even a minute later they'll knock on your door. I went in at 4 in the morning, and they knocked at 4 the next day, disturbing my sleep. Telling them I was staying didn't help; they didn't understand. If you go, I'd suggest arriving in the afternoon.

It feels cozy, like home, and the rooms are clean with new bedding. The Oasis Hotel has really changed for the better. The staff are polite and welcoming, the prices are affordable, and the air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi all work. I'd recommend it.

A pretty standard "Soviet" hotel, fine for a night and reasonably priced. We paid 5,000 tenge. There's a designated parking lot and a bar on the ground floor, but no fridge or kettle.

The location is great, but the cleanliness needs attention. The beds, towels and rooms were dirty. One person cleans the bathroom, another doesn't, and both the receptionist and older women were rude. I hope management looks into it and fixes these issues.
