I spent two days here. The staff were okay, and so were the rooms, though mine had no table or chairs. There’s no restaurant in the hotel.

We were just passing through, and the convenient location worked well for us. The price was reasonable, and there’s a great cafe nearby. Cleanliness was mixed since not every room was clean, though ours was relatively clean. We could hear people in neighboring rooms, even when someone sneezed.

The staff were good, but the lack of soundproofing was the biggest problem. We could clearly hear neighbors on our floor and the people below. The TV only gets regular channels, so there’s no YouTube. The water was shut off now and then. That may have been an issue with the city power grid rather than the hotel.

I was told the night would cost €6,000 when I arrived in the afternoon. Two hours later, they called and made me leave the room. There had been a misunderstanding, and nobody could sort it out. I had to pay the full rate to stay, and I wasn’t refunded for those “two hours.” A horrible experience. They don’t care.

Our family loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was high quality. Thank you!
