It’s centrally located, and still works well enough for a business trip. The rooms are okay, but breakfast could be better. Since the change from Marriott Bonvoy to Crystall, there doesn’t seem to have been a major overhaul.

Our tour group got there around 10:30, and they kindly let us check in early. The staff were friendly, and both the air conditioning and heating worked properly. The rooms are huge and the beds comfortable. The hotel looks great, with an amazing gym and a cozy, fun restaurant called Champions. Everything you’d want in a five-star hotel. End of story.

I was here for business and plan to come back as a tourist. The hotel is beautiful, with really comfortable rooms, and the staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, as were Sunday Brunch and dinner at the Library bar. There’s a relaxing sofa area for coffee and reading. The facials were great, though the back massage hurt! Haha.

The front desk is professional and cordial, and the staff at Librarian are friendly and accommodating. The place is otherwise good, but in winter you can't control the temperature, so the room gets sauna-hot. The walls are thin too.

Helpful staff and a good breakfast made this a great stay. Because of the recent unrest, they completely stopped visitors from entering the hotel. If you want to meet people who aren't staying there, you'll have to make other arrangements.
