The staff were really accommodating, and they got our laundry back the next day before we left. Breakfast and dinner came with the price. The food was simple and nicely seasoned, with a great range of salads. There’s also a bar inside with beer and spirits. The rooms are a little worn, but they were clean and comfortable. Good value for a fly-in, fly-out workers’ hotel.

The hotel was very dirty and smelled bad, and the rooms are worn out and need a full renovation. The mattress was so worn that sleeping on it was almost impossible. I woke up with pain in my back and hips.

The location is good, and the restaurant food is okay, though it’s buffet only. My room smelled of cigarettes, and nobody offered me a non-smoking room. The rooms are really dated. When I came to check out, the late-shift receptionist seemed annoyed, like helping me was too much trouble. Fine for one night, but I wouldn’t stay long term. It’s a 3-star hotel.

I usually stay at the Renaissance when I’m in Atyrau, but I’m really glad I tried this hotel. It felt like home, and the regulars at the bar are a fun bunch. 😁
