The location worked well for us. There’s a zoo and museum across the road, the lake is a 5-8 minute walk away, and there are several places to eat nearby. The shopping mall is about five minutes on foot. The reception staff were welcoming and took good care of us when we arrived after midnight. They helped carry our luggage to the room and quickly provided a baby coat. Our room was satisfactorily clean and had a spacious bed, a sectional sofa, safe, TV, tiny fridge and electric kettle. The bathroom was very small, though, and still smelled even with the ventilation running. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the restaurant and first-floor corridor, where there weren’t any sockets for charging gadgets. No microwave either, so don’t bring food that needs reheating. The restaurant was cheap, but the food wasn’t great. My wife was served potatoes that were partly raw. There’s no lift and no ramp for strollers or wheelchairs.

The rooms were clean, and you’re very close to the lake. There are lots of places to eat nearby, too. Great location.

Breakfast was filling and really good for the price, a nice way to start the day. The rooms were a fair size, though the walls are a bit thin. The location is perfect, right across from the lake and a two-minute walk from the town center. We used the banya and bicycles, and they provided a Wi-Fi router for our room. What made the stay so great was the service. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Even in the off-peak season, it was great to stay here and have everything we needed. The hotel is clean and new, and the staff are very helpful.

The sauna was awesome, and the location is great. Prices are good as well. The shower and restroom were small, and the curtains didn’t block the light very well.
