I wouldn't recommend staying here unless your budget is limited or you can't find anywhere else. The standard room was big enough for two adults and a toddler, and the beach is nearby, though good cafes are a 10-15 minute walk away. Breakfast was disappointing: you could choose just one drink, either juice, instant coffee, or tea, with porridge, eggs, and a beef sandwich also available. There’s no AC, so the room gets hot and you have to open the windows. If your room faces the main street, expect passing car music and people partying loudly. The power went out at 10 pm, and they couldn't get it fixed until 2 am.

The restaurant food is very cheap, and the portions are large, though it was too oily for my taste. There's a local zoo close by. The staff were kind and understanding, but we had to cancel our reservation because there was no hot water and the room heating wasn't working.

We had delicious food at CAPRICE Cafe and restaurant, where the cook is excellent. Vassilii served us very politely. The hotel has good service and feels very professional. I'd recommend staying here. Thanks for the good service, and good luck.

This is one of the best places in the Burabay region, but it needs a lot of improvement. The staff aren't great at the front, though elsewhere they aren't bad.
