The price was reasonable, but I had an uncomfortable stay and wouldn't recommend it. The staff weren't friendly, and they suddenly came into my room. Since I'd arrived early the day before, they made me leave early in the morning. There's a kitchen, but no equipment for cooking. Laundry costs more than $0.5 for each T-shirt, and you have to cover your shoes with plastic bags. There was just one restroom for each sex and only one shower room for all the customers.

The place looks really cool.

Elena, Tatyana, and Dina were so warm and lovely, and the place was clean and tidy. My friend and I came to Karaganda for a concert and only needed a place for one night, somewhere affordable but clean. We were glad we picked this hotel. The room was simple, with a kitchen that had dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave. There was also a grocery store, flower shop, and shopping centers nearby. We'd stay with them again if we come back to your city.

The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were nice. I'd definitely come back.

The location worked well, and the towels and bed linen were clean. That's about where the good points ended. The rooms had a very strong chlorine smell, the curtains were torn, and there was mold on the shower wall. I have an allergy to chlorine, and opening the window wasn't an option because its latch didn't work. Since the room was on the ground floor, I didn't want to climb in or out through the window. I managed to air it out a little, but had to breathe the smell all night. We paid 10,000 rubles for one night for two people because a snowstorm left us with no other options. For what the room offered, the price didn't make sense. In the capital, we rented a centrally located apartment for just over 10,000 rubles, with excellent renovations, and the building itself was beyond praise. There's also a hostel in Astana listed on Booking.com for exactly 10,000 rubles, with a luxurious renovation. I think prices in Karaganda are unrealistically high. This room might be worth 7,500, but no more, and only for someone who isn't allergic to chlorine like me.
