The stay was spoiled by all the construction work at the property, so that's why I gave it only 3 stars. For the price, the rooms are worth it: simple, clean, and spacious. The location is near several Bazars and Soviet-style malls. Breakfast was included, but we didn't try it.

The maps are generally great, but the app is disappointing for me in Kazakhstan with Russian selected. It isn't always accurate and sometimes picks the longest route or the wrong one. The voice directions often confuse right and left, and vice versa, roughly 60% of the time.

They answered all my questions and supported us with everything. The staff were very polite, and the bed was soft. I had a wonderful experience, with a modern classic interior.
