This is a good company offering apartments for rent at different prices, including some affordable options. The comfort and quality seem in line with what you pay, and some apartments are quite comfortable. The office is conveniently placed, practically in the same building and courtyard as the rental apartments.

Most things were fine, but I was disappointed that the washing machine’s spin cycle didn’t work. They could at least have let me know. Gogolya St., 51, Apt. 16.
