It’s very cheap, so it may suit budget travelers. The manager is helpful, but the hotel feels dark and gloomy and has barely any facilities. I’d only stay here if there were no other options.

We spent time in the recreation area rather than staying at the hotel. It was a great chance to enjoy the wilderness and grill our own shashlik. You can apparently fish too, if you bring your own rods. We hadn’t expected to find a place like this in Almaty.

The sauna was clean, the steam room hot, and the pool large with clean water. The hotel is cozy and has secure parking, including space for heavy vehicles, so you get some privacy. Staff were polite, attentive and friendly. We also enjoyed the delicious food, made with quality ingredients, and the video projector for watching live football. They offer a full range of high-quality services. Highly recommend! 🍗🍔🍕🍖🍝🍛
