Delmare Hotel

Yesterday, 04/06/2026, I asked at reception about the prices. Why don’t they match what’s printed or the standard of spa hotels and areas? They told me there are no separate morning and evening rates, so you pay the same whether you come during the day or in the evening for two hours. Entry to the spa and outdoor pool is 20,000 per person. That’s robbery, honestly. Even in Almaty, entry doesn’t cost that much.

The kids love the flow-through pool, where you just lift your legs and swim, swim, swim. The food is tasty and takes 20-30 minutes to come out. The waiters are young, but they’re great at what they do!

For that much money, this is the worst area. It was dirty, wires were sticking out in the pool, and my room was missing headphones. The breakfast was as cheap as could be, with no bread; they said there was none. There was debauchery and sex in the evening. The room was covered in sewage, the bed linen was incomplete, and when I left they even accused me of taking a towel that hadn’t been there. There were napkins floating in the pool.

I can’t recommend this place. The sanitation is really poor, the design hasn’t been thought through, and it’s expensive for what you get. The pool water was cold, so swimming was impossible, and there was nothing to hold on to while getting into the water. Safety? They clearly haven’t heard of it.
