Malibu Guest House

The rooms were clean, and the resort had lots of activities and a really cool feel. The staff were so welcoming and lovely. We only got to spend one night there, which was nowhere near long enough. Great place! :-)

There’s a lot to do here, from volleyball and basketball to karaoke nearby, and the self-service kitchen is handy. If you’ve forgotten something, there’s a chain of stores available. The area is green, with trees, flowers, awnings, gazebos and barbecues, plus a terrace and table outside each room. Rooms come in a wide selection and all have air conditioning, a bathroom and a shower. The pools are clean, and include regular, sea-salt, children’s, jacuzzi and font pools. There’s also an electric sauna, with no smoke, and a font of icy water opposite it. The Wi-Fi signal is relatively good. It’s a great place for a quiet family holiday, with clean rooms, everything needed for comfort, and polite, helpful staff. There’s private parking in a guarded, closed area. I’d recommend it to anyone, even very demanding vacationers!

I didn’t expect the stay to be this good. The owner and administrator were great, and everything felt clear, honest and professional. They really care about your time there, and their sincerity comes through. A top place in Konayevo.

We got back from vacation yesterday, and my grandmother, who’s almost 70, kept saying she felt like she was in heaven. Our child didn’t want to leave either, and we promised to come back for a weekend in September. Thanks so much to the owner, Arif, and the staff. The pools were warm and clean, with options for different tastes: children’s, salt and fresh. There’s hot water everywhere, whether you’re washing dishes or yourself, and having a shower available after the pool is so convenient. It was a relaxing family holiday. I only have two small complaints. A mosquito net on the door would help, since doors are left open while relaxing and flies and mosquitoes get in. And when we asked for extra pillows, we were told we could have them, but we felt embarrassed to ask. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable to sleep on. I highly recommend it to all my friends!
