The hotel is one of the best in Kostanay, with spacious, clean rooms and lots of useful supplies: kettle, green and black tea, instant coffee, a two-liter water bottle, slippers, clothes brush, and shoehorn. The TV's satellite channels work, mostly Russian. There are two windows and an air conditioner, though I couldn't find its remote. Linens and towels are new. The shower has good pressure, and the bathroom also comes with liquid soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, a disposable toothbrush, and bar soap. Breakfast is included and quite good. The ground-floor restaurant by the entrance has a coffee machine, hot water and tea bags, plus compote and berry drink. Dinner was a different story, the food quality wasn't good, so I'd eat lunch and dinner elsewhere. I'd rate dinner 2 out of 5. There's a smoking room between floors one and two, but its doors are left open, so smoke drifts through the floors. The room's layout and furniture could be more comfortable. There's no dresser, and only three hangers.

You can leave a note asking them not to change or wash your sheets, which saves water and energy. The rooms are nice, clean, and eco-friendly. Breakfast has porridge, bread, fruit, and vegetables, but no proper coffee. For such a good hotel, the instant coffee is a cheap option.

A private room can be booked for meetings or dinner, and the restaurant and staff service are good. The rooms are large and very clean, with strong Wi-Fi throughout. Nice hotel, probably the best choice in town.
