This hotel is a complete shambles. The rooms are awful and the service is zero. Vadim at the bar is more or less okay, but the receptionists, Anastasia and Victoria, were terrible and charged me for every little thing. It wasn't worth what I paid. Staying overnight at the airport when coming from other cities would be better. The rooms need a sanitation team and full disinfection!

The hotel doesn't make for a relaxing stay. From 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., loud saxophone music loops in the lobby. My corner room made it even louder because of the speakers, and the lobby bar added to the noise. I could hear it even with the window closed. When I asked them to lower or turn off the music, the receptionist and then the manager I called refused. No apology or offer to help, just that I could move to another hotel if it didn't suit me. After a day of misery, I left. I had booked a single room listed on Booking.com as 18 sq. m. with a courtyard view, three months ahead. The room I got was only 11-12 sq. m., not counting the 2/1.5 m shower, and its small window looked into the hotel lobby. It was stuffy, and the air conditioning didn't help. The room was worn out, the shower hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, and only one of the three outlets worked. The switches had the same problem. About a third of the rooms face the lobby, while others look onto a residential complex construction site or the restaurant, where music plays in the evenings. When I asked why the Booking.com listing was inaccurate, they said there was no way to add more information.

I arrived on December 4, 2026, after the New Year. The reception staff, especially the admins, seemed dissatisfied and spoke rudely. Soundproofing is terrible, the floors creak, and whoever is coming off shift sleeps. You can't get through to the bar, kitchen, or restaurant, yet the prices are outrageous and they fine you for every little thing. The sheets were old, with holes and stains. They'll even blame you for things that weren't there. Victoria at reception doesn't know how to speak to customers, and Anastasia is the same. Dear friends reading this, go to the Medeo Hotel instead. I don't recommend this place.
