I liked the room itself: it felt roomy, with big windows, and the bed, furniture, and bathroom were all nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing, though still okay. The front desk team were helpful and friendly, and let us check in early. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

The room had plenty of space and the location was the one thing I liked. For the price, it wasn't good value, and the room service wasn't good either.

Saltanat deserves a special thank you for being professional, attentive, and so friendly. We appreciated her help and service. Our stay was lovely too: the room was quiet and cozy, the staff were welcoming, and check-in went quickly. Everything was clean and the location was convenient. We'd happily recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Saltanat was especially attentive, pleasant, and quick to help, which made our stay more comfortable. The hotel itself was a welcome surprise. After a busy day, it felt peaceful and relaxing. Our room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything I needed. The staff were polite. Thanks for the hospitality.
